Here is a perfect example that demonstrates the state of our market.  Homes are selling!  Deals are being put together.  I wish more sellers had enough confidence in the market to list their homes.

  • My buyer's offer is accepted on November 3rd, just 31 days later.
  • Transaction closed today, December 28th, at $510,000 = $283 per square ft.
